Owner in two weeks
At almost 50, I am getting my first Vette. My son decided to sell his 03 Magna Charged Z06. I had the pleasure to test drive it before he bought it and then had to keep the cob webs off of it while he was in Iraq. There was no way I could let that car get out of the family. I have to drive to Georgia from Shreveport to get it but it is well worth it. I will pick it up next weekend. I will be dropping off my 64 !/2 Mustang for him to tinker with. I will be trailering cars both ways. I have a dove tail so I hope it will not be an issue with ground clearance with the Vette. I read that T hooks work good to tie it town. Does anybody have any other ideas how to keep it on the trailer. My son is an avid reader of the forum. You guys and gals have helped him out a lot. I am looking forward to being a member of the Corvette family as well as reader and contributor to the forum.

I would love to drive it back but there a bunch of spare parts that go with it. To many to fit inside. Plus I will have to trailer the Mustang out there anyway. I will get plenty of driving in when I get it back.
