2003 Z06 shifter
I just bought this Z06 and the shift **** seems to be loose. I accidently pulled on it, and the whole **** and an extension to the **** pulled right off from the actual shifter itself. For some reason this shift **** and the extension doesn't want to screw on tight? do you guys just super glue it back on?

Is it possible it's not a screw on ****, but one using a small allen head socket set screw on the "extension" below the ****?
