Cabin air filter ?!
Is there a way to add or has anyone added a cabin air filter for the Vette?
I am surprised that it doesn't come with one stock, but I would love to add one.
I'd like to keep all the dirt out of the HVAC system and my lungs

No cabin air filter, but...
C5s don't have one. However, go to Eckler's, Corvette America, Zip Products, etc. and they sell a washable foam filter that goes over the fresh air intake that's under the back of the hood and in front of the wipers. That's the best you can do.

I have one.........pretty useless.
The foam is low density and while it may stop pine needles, it won't stop dirt and dust.
Would be nice if someone built a REAL filter holder for the C5 that would take a standard paper air filter.

I bought mine from Corvette Central. They should be ashamed to sell such crappy, poor fitting, and useless piece of junk!
It was also not as described. Once installed (by tape) it really can't come out and be cleaned. The fit - I honestly thought it was for another vehicle. If it was more then $12.00 I would have sent it back. Trust me when I say - STAY AWAY FOM THIS PRODUCT FROM CC!
