Would you do this trade?
Got a guy who has a B&B PRT exhaust quad tip that he thinks is way to loud for his taste. He wants to trade me straight up for my stock TI. He will do the labor for free on his lift. I am going to do it but just wanted to know if you guys thought it was a good exhaust?

Exactly. I know it is not as loud as the bullets and tons of guys have them and are happy. I will listen to it on his car first though. He is almost 70 and said it is just to loud for him. Funny thing though his vert has a forged 402 with twin TTix turbos. Guess he's not old to go fast.

As I see it. There are 3 things to consider and as far as making the trade 2 of them are negative. HP is going to be about the same as the Ti's are very good. Noise will be worse especially cabin resonance at rpms in the 1500 to 2200 range when in 4th through 6th gears and the engine is loaded like pulling up a hill on an Interstate Highway. Weight will be more since the Ti's are very light compared to a Stainless Muffler.
