Default Lingenfelter

Where can I find info and possible pricing on used Twin turbo Lingenfelter vettes? I have a collegue at work that had a wealthy friend that has a Lingenfeler TT vette. The husband died and the wife might sell the vette. He was around 70 so she does not need it. My friend says he thinks it has 2000 miles on it or so. C5, but i am not sure of the year yet. Roughly what would one be worth even if it is the oldest? What is the first year that LTT came out in a C5?

That all depends on if its a 427TT or a LS1TT etc. Here is the link to Lingenfelter's website for their cars for sale. Maybe you can get a rough idea from there.

Yes, we'll need to know more about the car to give you an idea. With kits offered at times for $18,999, they weren't all big power cars. But the ones that were sometimes had over $100k in extras by the time they left LPE. So, pricing could be $30-35k, or it could be $40-50, or even $100k+ (though I suspect few would find buyers at this price, even if they are 230mph+++ cars).

You will need to know what exactly has been done to the car and exactly what vette it is with what options. Price out the car and then price the mods....maybe X amount on the dollar. I would call JP at 21st Century Muscle Car once you have all the facts and he will help you price it out. Let us know what you find out.

You can also sell it at 21st century muscle cars or Lingenfelter. I don't know what they charge. John at 21cmc can be reached at 972-417-7177. He's a great guy, just very busy, so don't take it wrong if he doesn't spend much time with you on the phone. He had 6 cars for sale on his website when I looked at it the first time. I bought 1 of them and all of the rest sold pretty quickly. The sold cars are still on there too, so you can compare your TT features to the ones that sold. There are currently 4 packages. The 550hp, 600, 650 and 725hp. They range in price from 18,995.00 to 40,995.00 plus any other upgrades. If you don't have the original paperwork, you might be able to call and get a copy of the invoice. Also, you can look on E-bay and see what's for sale as well as look at the closed items.

thanks gents. I have a bunch more data/info to find out. If a real good deal I want to buy it for investment more than Driver. I am not sure that I feel they are holding their value looking at the web site and listening to you. I might look to take a drive and study it.

Give John Page at 21st Century MC a call (972 417 7177).

John can set you up with new, or used Vettes that have the setup.
