Hey there,
Can you guy's post-up some images of your 'vettnet.
I am looking for the overall look, and some close-up's of the brackets that are fixed/mounted in the car.
And just how the brackets are fastened to the 'vette.
I am looking as to how the 'vettnett actually clips into the fixed btackets.
thanks in advance.
G.

The two angle parts are covered with rubber foam and fit very snug when top hatch is down. It works extremely well for long rides that occassionaly you need to put the windows up. You can even open your consol and nothing will fly out.

hey thats great,
So there is nothing that actually bolts to the car?
Is it all held in place by the closing of the top cover?

Yes, held down with supplied "thingies" and is very snug. We have the new design which is made of arcylic and can be painted to match car ($90. more) but comes in black. It comes clear but I tinted ours with regular window tint.

My wife has long hair and this really cuts down on turbulance and noise.

That's all there is to it, no bolts, nothing.

Here is a couple of pics of mine before I sold it. I kept forgetting to use it so I let it go to a nice gentleman in Georgia.

Sorry 'bout the big pics.

I kept reading mixed reviews on these. Some people loved it others said it didn't work so I bought one last year ( the new style) and we went out testing it. We stopped and put it on and off for a few days and we could not tell any difference. It looks very but for the money, I decided to send it back. We really wanted it to work and cut down on some of the wind. Oh well.

It's your thread, you asked for pics, as long as you don't mind it shouldn't make any difference.

We have found that if works extremely well with the windows up. Our vert is driven more with the top down here in Texas and our club has year round caravans so it works for us. It is on the high end in pricing for what you get though.

We have the old style one and wouldn't go on a highway trip without it.
It works best with the windows up but makes a big difference either way IMO. If you are taller the higher one might
work better. I put the seat down all the way, helps too.

Hi TOPLS90,
Looking at the vettenett you have, it looks a little taller than DAJORA & DNDRSN.

Are there 2 different heights available, or 2 different makers, or perhaps it is just an illussion.

Looking at the images, it looks like the is no bolting or screwing required for the "thingies" and that the fold-down simply holds them securly in place.
Please let me know, and if some one can give me a couple of pic's of the "thingies" in place when the fold-down is both in the up position and in the down position.
A couple of different angles would also be great.
The bigger the pic's the better .

Graham
