Default First Visit To ECS

Well I just got back from my first trip to East Coast Supercharging this week. I made the drive from Danville, Va. on Sunday and returned home late Monday night. The weather and the drive was beautiful. I want to say thank you to Chris, Doug , Mark and the crew for some terrific improvements to my coupe. They installed a set of American Racing Headers and pulled the 2:73 rear and replaced it with a Z06 3:42. When I got home I installed a set of Corsa Indy Pace Car catbacks. I also had the pleasure of meeting forum member Tom (Madeouttaglass) and we had a great day shootin the breeze as our vettes were being worked on. Tom, you've got a beautiful vert and I enjoyed meeting you. My experience with ECS was top notch and I highly recommend them. I know that I will be heading up there for my next mod. Chris, I'm saving my money for that Paxton as you read this Enjoy the pics!

Just be careful...once you become to familiar, you will start suffering from the Chris Coriell customer abuse factor

Great bunch of guys. Would not let anyone else touch my Z, or my GTO for that matter.

As soon as I get back and relocate to D.C. I will be making my way up there to see them as well. Looks and sounds like a class act.

Went through similar changes on my 00' M6 Vert a couple weeks ago at ECS. The shop might be out in the boon docks but I can't say enough about the service and staff. First thing that caught my eye when I pulled up was the number of radical C5's and C6's waiting to get worked on including a number of new Z06's and full track cars. The next was the fact that there were cars being shipped from all over the states to be worked on. I had a set of 4:10's and a dyno and I was in and out and in time for dinner including their test drive and an hour and a half drive home. Could not be happier with the experience. Going to go over with Chris my choice of a cam to be installed when he's at the KSCC show on June 10th.

I live 10 miles from VIR and 30 miles from Martinsville speedway and they are safer than the New Jersey Turnpike. I had 2 kids pass me on the median riding motorcycles that had to be doing over 100mph. I took 76 west and 81 south back home and it was a beautiful drive.

Chuck, it was great meeting you. We did have a fun day there. Everyone at ECS made us feel at home and not like we were bothering them or getting in the way. Do you have enough miles on the rear to give us a report yet? I sure felt the difference whenever I "had to" pass some cars. I'm looking forward to getting a new cam from ECS before New Years.
- I see your Stingers didn't last too long with the rest of your new exhaust. Maybe you need some cutouts.

The new rear is broken in now and is a blast to drive! The car feels great and has tons of torque. The stingers had to go with the new long tubes but I really like the Corsa Indy Pace catbacks. This things screams. Those cutouts were awesome as you pulled out. I heard you along way down the road. Did you get that new flame job washed off when you got home?

I'm not surprised that your car feels that much stronger, or that your stingers had to go. Well, maybe not the stingers, I kind of like the volume. My wife also tells me that she can hear me a long ways off.
As for my new custom paint, I predict that blood splatters off the wheels will be the flame job of the future.
