[Z06] Accessory drive chirping noise.
I have a really annoying chippirg noise in the accessory drive belt, is not the engine because I removed both belts and there was no noise, so I got new belts and the problem seemed to go away for a few days and now is back. How can I check and fix for misaligned pulleys? Any special tools?
Thanks

did you remove one belt and test, then remove the other to determine it "is" on the accessory belt?
I removed my belts and turned every pullel by hand. I could feel a difference in the idlers tension pulley on my AC belt. I know that one is screwed up.
I guess I would advise you to turn each one by hand and see of one feels rough, loose, or noisy.
Since they are so low on the front of the car, they get the most water and road debris 'abuse'.
At my auto parts store, I had to buy TWO A/C TENSIONERS because they did not list the A/C IDLER. The IDLER is just the SAME PULLEY from the A/C TENSIONER. My GM dealer wanted more for the idler than my parts store charged for the tensioner.
Believe it or not, you can change these through the top of the engine bay. But you do have to remove the MAIN drivebelt, first.
