Default QUESTION!!! "Window Shopping" for a C5....

During my many hours snooping around the internet ...window shopping for a C5.... I've come across a "dealership" that APPEARS to be a good source for C5's. If that place doesn't have what a customer is looking for exactly, he will find it.

Here's the question: Has anyone here heard of Corvette-Mike
http://www.corvettemike.com/

Located:

1133 North Tustin Avenue
Anaheim, California 92807

http://www.corvettemike.com/info/

Has anyone HERE ever heard of this place ...delt with this business OR know of anyone who has?!?

This "Corvette-Mike" place looks like he has a rather broad selection of older Vettes ....and has a service shop, and aftermarket parts dept.

Informative FEEDBACK needed!

Yes, I've heard of them and been to his websites. He has two locations. We have a simular place here called www.corvettesofhouston.com I have bought two C5's from them and was quite happy with both deals and frequently stop by for accessories.

Good luck in your search.

THANK YOU for the feedback!!!!

That helps set my mind at ease ....."Corvette Mike" does have a very good web site! I will look up GS Diva and drop her a line.

The closest "Corvette Mike" Corvette dealership to me is in Anaheim, California. In fact, they have a '03 Vert I would love to get my hands on! But the timing isn't right, just yet.

The only thing is, I don't like the price he wants for the one I am looking at: http://www.corvettemike.com/showroom/?cf=1030

That's okay, I am not ready to pull the trigger yet, anyway.

Now that you mentioned it, I DO remember running across Corvettes of Houston's web site in my searches. I'll make sure I bookmark them ...just in case!

Your best bet is to go with www.corvettepalace.com

Their Vettes are mint, you can negotiate a little and they are a pleasure to deal with. I bought my 98 Coupe and later my 01 Z06 from them.

True, True. Corvette Palace has the most low mile, mint vettes around. Also, dealing with any place that have a price posted you should be able to get $1500 to $2000 off that if your serious with them. CoH is a good place to get a good price guide on various years and mileage. People from all over the country bye from them.

I used the service shop at Corvette Mikes to get my sway bar bushings greased. Nice guys did the work fast.

Lots of nice cars in their showroom.

I have sold Mike 2 cars and 3 different friends have bought Vettes there.
Also, I have bought 3 set of wheels there and have had other work done there.
I have heard some negitive things about them. But, all my experiences have been postive.
I think his prices might be a little high. But, you get what you pay for.

Granted looks like his cars are low miles and modded out..but..

..the prices seem just under some used C6's..
