very common, noise usually goes away after teh engine heats up (normally) that is, in your case it might not, easiest is just to replace them, not expensive at all for the do it your selfer.
Guys, try changing your belts first. I went to Auto Zone and got a set of Gatorbacks. My chirp(squeak) went away after putting on the lower belt (AC serpentine).
