For the most part the c5 is a great car. I had 2 c4s and they were rattle boxes and uncomfortable! For me , the worst thing about the c5 are the terribly cheap seats. The leather and frames are terrible. They cannot stand up to everyday driving, let alone spirited driving. The shifter is pretty sloppy as well but no car is perfect.

My '02 does not rattle or squeak at all. My '88 coupe with 165K miles has one squeak that I hear once in a while from under the dash.

Now, lets up the price of a vette to match the "perfect" euro-cars that R/T seems to like and they will meet the build quility. Of course then no one could afford them.

I had a C4 that would shake and rattle somewhat, but I now have a 02 Z06 and it is solid as a rock!!!

Thanks for the invite to leave, but I like it here most of the time. I guess I just need to show a little more tolerance towards the few bigots that reside here.
