[Z06] Passenger side window "take up" when door closes.

Passenger side window "take up" when door closes.
I think I have a minor problem that I do not trust my local Chevy dealer to handle so I am hoping that someone out there has the answer.
When you close the doors of your C6-Z06 the window goes up the last inch or so. Well it works fine on the driver side but on the passengers side it stays open that last inch or so.
Any ideas on how to reset the default? Or how to fix it?
