I wouldn't worry about it at all. The repairs were done by an authorized dealer and it's been almost 3 years since that recurring problem. The Carfax is also clean on the car.(Take that for what its worth) 3 owners etc.

Battery charging is a common problem. These cars lose their juice when they sit for awhile. The diff seal is common. I had to do it to my 2002. The rest is petty stuff. No sign it's a lemon. If the current miles are reasonable and the price is reasonable, GO FOR IT!

That's the one...I'm just being extra cautious because I'm going to drop a magnacharger in it.

Will that cam have to be replaced for the supercharger?
