Loose 3rd brake light

Default Loose 3rd brake light
The third taillight (Brake) on my 1998 Corvette is loose. I was hoping to have some advice on how to access this area and correct it before I went out and bought the shop manuals

You should be able to access it by removing one of the tail lights thats close to it.

You don't have to take them all out just one or both of the center ones but you get the idea.
