About 11 quarts or just under 3 gallons. If you're flushing the system you'll be lucky if you can get a gallon out each time you open the radiator drain plug. Very simple procedure but time-consuming.

EDIT: When I first replied I overlooked the fact you said Z06. Probably the same but can't say for sure. I'll leave it to one of the Z06 guys. There should be a capacity section in the back of your owners manual.

Hey Screws,
Just double checked the owners manual for an '04, it says 12.6 quarts. It doesn't make any distinction between a non Z06 and a Z06 so I assume it would be the same. If you drain and flush throughly you'll need to put in about 6 quarts of straight Dexcool, if that's what your using, about 4 quarts of water will remain in the block, add about another 2 quarts of Distilled water and that will bring you up to the 50/50 mix required. I'd also throw in a couple bottles of Redline's Water Wetter, stuff works good, nearly everyone on the forum is using it. Just one thing when you flush it use distilled water...no chemicals...You'll have to flush and drain several times to get the water to run clear before putting in the antifreeze. Also be careful of the drain plug...IT DOES NOT unscrew all the way out. It's got a pin on it and is only supposed to turn about 90 degrees. Don't force it or you'll shear off the Pin. If you should shear the pin the replacement part number is Dorman 61133. Available at Advance Auto about $5.00.
Hope this helps.

Screws, don't make the mistake I did if your using the RED Dextcool stay with it, do not switch to the green stuff. I had to replace the whole cooling system due to clogs and swelling in the radiator.
