You guys think that sight was awesome, you should try growing up a half hour from the plant in Bowling Green! I saw trucks like that loaded up with vettes from the time they opened. And I was a kid then! Can you imagine walking around with a perpetual woody that wasn't even caused by the girl next door?!?! Every day, I had to watch those trucks go by.....sighhhhhh. Now THAT'S torture!
I thought you guys might enjoy! I was riding in the back of the group when we came upon them. I had to turn around, go back and take the shot. My wife and friends thought I got lost when they noticed I wasn't with them anymore. Sometimes you just gotta stop and gawk at the corvettes...

A new vette doesn't come in a covered trailer, so you'd be willing to pick it up at the NCM, just to drive it home at a signifigant higher risk of damage? Not sure I follow that.
I'd pick one up at the NCM, but for the experience, not because I was worried about damage.
