Help!! I have water leaks and have tried a local body shop no luck. I live in Miami, FL and am looking for a Vette specialist who has experience with leaks. My car is a 2001 Coupe. Thanks.
Two places. It's actually coming in from that triangle at the front of the window and running down behind the plastic (where you cant see it) then it winds up on the floor by the front end of the door. Also I replaced my top. Bought it from Davies corvette and have had leaks where the top meets the windsheild on both sides. I thought that the rubber around the windsheild was worn out so I had it replaced yet still have the same problem. Of course Davies Corvette told me that they don't have leak problems with c5 top replacements.
Any help on these leaks? This car will be sold before the summer rains if I can't get it fixed. I did find a fix for the leak (somewhere in the weights & measurements etc.. on the forum) at the triangle part of the driver and passenger window toward the front but haven't been to the stealership to get the correct sealer. Plus from the diagram it's really hard to tell what to seal. The other leaks are in my top as described above. I will try to adjust it when I have time. I'm hoping just tightening the top down will work. Any suggestions will help. This is my daily driver.

The leak near the "triangle" you refer to is easy and you don't need special sealer from the dealer. Go to you local parts store and get some black silicone sealer.
- Check where the weatherstripping meets the bottom of the triangle (the short side parallel to the ground)
- Pull it away slightly with your finger
- Brush out any loose ditr/dust
- Squeeze some in there along the whole length
- Squish it by pushing the weatherstripping slightly
- Done - give it a day to set and you should be good
- Also check the "Leak Checks" sticky by Bill Curlee - it is VERY GOOD!
