I have an '04 as well, great car! Your initial mods sound fine, let me know how you like the suspension, I found it WAY TOO SOFT, it porpoised on bumps and wallowed. The car DID ride like a Caddy though, some folks like that. I upgraded my springs to Z-51 after one month, and installed C-6 Z06 shocks and '04 Z06 sway bars, WHAT A DIFFERENCE! And if you ever buy another Corvette, buy it in the dead of winter, you can save a lot more money!! A shifter definitely is a must, I used the B&M ripper #45044, awesome, quiet precise, I used a C-6 shift **** as well, comfy, contoured and no crazy heavy stitching or square look (WHAT WERE THEY THINKING WHEN THEY THREW THAT **** ON!). And don't forget the CAGS by-pass and Column Lock bypass, a must for any C-5

I actually went into the garage last night and caught myself thinking, "mine, this is mine"! The garage walls were too close and the ceiling was too low if you know what I mean.
It's been a while since I've been modding. Is Borla really what I want? Not all CAIs are Califronia ARB compatible. I remember the CLB worries. CLB will be addressed soon. Yes I know search function is your friend.
