Targa squeak missing bolt

Targa squeak missing bolt
Plastic piece under the targa was squeaking this a.m and I found that the right side was missing one of two bolts(?) Rivet? Looks like a flat head screw with no indention. Anyway...where can I get one of these whatever they are called?

The dealer may be the best bet if you want it to look original - that is if they even sell that part. Hope it works out for you.
