The GM Bra is probably the best one on the market. You do not need to buy the screws that people are recommending but they are actually easier to use than what GM provided. They cost me a dollar at a boating shop. Just went to the parts department and they gave me what I needed. If you get the GM bra from West Coast Corvettes you can get the embroidered hood piece. However, that bra will cost you about $50 more than the one from Fichtners.
Mine cost $80.00 from fitchners. Bob was celebrating the birth of his grandaughter and gave anyone who ordered from him a birthday discount. Pretty Cool!

Just got my Colgan bra in the mail yesterday and put it on last night. I like it, it fits good and goes on in 2 minutes without taking anything off. All you need is a little plastic strip that is used like a shoehorn to wedge the parts in the fenderwell. I got the matching mirror cover too, but am only using those on roadtrips so they dont get stolen.

I only use mine for trips when it's not raining, and only put it on when the front is clean. There is an emblem but not red, embossed in vinyl, easy on and off. Clean bugs off with warm water, I didn't use the original snaps I got marine stainless steel with matching screws so they won't rust. It serves it's purpose, function not beauty. It has saved the front-end many times. Great for trips or for going to shows. Bill
I have a vararam intake system, has anyone ever cut the plastic out of the intake fog light area?
