I Need Help...
. first of...thank you in advance for the time in reading this thread
.fellow 'vette enthusiasts...i need a little bit of advice, recommendation...or for lack of any other word...HELP
on my 2004 coup...with RECENTLY installed aftermarket wheels (18 x 9.5 front, 19 x 12 rear...and michellin tires)...
...the gauge READS "TIRE PRES. MON. SYS." everytime i slam the pedal to the metal heading towards the 100mph ecstasy
!!!however, when i'm simply cruising down the highway at 70 or so mph..there is NO such reading on the gauge! then when i slam that pedal to the metal and start to approach 120mph...the excitement of approachng that velocity always prevents me from looking down on the odometer gauge to see when the WARNING lights up. its always after the fact...when i've already begun to DECELERATE...that i notice the WARNING on the odometer. then i will simply RESET it....and odometer reading resumes. the warning will disappear UNTIL the next time i punch that pedal to the metal
help
? does it need to be calibrated or REcalibrated
? i understand this may be a STUPID question...but any help or advice or recommendation will be greatly appreciated
.thank you again (in advance) for your time
