Fog light screens alone wont do anything except make a difference in looks!
Now if your going to get the "FOG LIGHT BUCKETS" with the slats cut in them then you'll get fresh air up to the air cleaner inlet.
What I would do is buy a VARARAM which will replace the Fog Light Buckets (Plus keep the fog lights) with a fres path of air to the MAF and TB and Manifold.
Hi - is it worth Hp wise to get the fog light screens. I'm not sur if it improves gas mileage or Hp??
Thanks,
TonyP.
All sarcasm aside. It will improve the temp in your engine bay and some people have seen improved gas mileage. Anyways, It's mostly for looks and people that get the vararam system usualy go with the Screens to keep debry from entering the intake system.
I cut the plastic out that is around the fog light (just inside of it). This allowed air flow into the engine bay and into my HALTECH. Sure it allows dirt in to, but guess what it keeps things cooler and allows better air flow into your intake.

save your knuckles and your $$$ and cut out the stockers, install Z06 screens, and enjoy the added air benefits. I did mine with a drywall saw, rough edges cannot be seen with the SS screens on.

Have fun,

I did the same thing, cut the plastic and installed the Z06 screens.
