I just needed a car and I saw how good a value the C5 was/is.
I recently saw a mag. with a Lambo on the cover that does 205mph and 0-60 in 3.4 sec. .... $400,000.
My C5 is darn close to that right now and I didn't pay 1/10th that.
The kid down the street paid more for his Toyota truck than I paid.
You don't have to have a good job to own a C5, you just have to be smart enough to realize it.

I agree/disagree with you. You are right the C5 is great deal and a good investment but if you're living on your own or you own your own home than having a decent job does comes into play if you want to get a decent C5 in good condition. It's going to cost you a nice chunk of change. Unless you get a piece of poop C5. But who settles? I sure don't! haha
