What is the general concusses regarding an automatic transmission fluid change? How often and what is the best stuff to use? Redline???

That's interesting. I've always been told that a synthetic in a C5 auto accelerates band wear because of excessive slippage. As I remember, that info came from Yank and RPM Transmissions. I am sure about Yank but may be wrong about Rodney.
