Default WCC Engraved Engine Caps

Anybody know if these will fit a C5? I e-mailed WCC but have not got a response back...

Don't know.

Try looking in the C5 Section.

Maybe they'll have something similar.

Nope. Couldn't find them there. They only have the plain caps that everyone else is selling. These engraved caps look to be good quality and the price isn't outrageous. NakidParts has some painted caps, maybe I'll go that route if these aren't going to work...

These caps are only available for the C6 right now. I do have them on my C5, but I was the prototype. I don't know what's taken them so long (couple months) to come on the market. I was at WCC the other day and they said they only come on the C6. When I told them my story, the said Oh really... The are made by Pi-thon in Camarillo, CA. If you want a set you might contact them. They should be out soon, but who knows!

Thanks-Checked out Pi-Thon and they only sell to distributors and yep, you guessed it- that would be WCC. Hmmmmm.

Did you mention a guy on the forum had them and did you ask how long until WCC would be selling them? Not that I mind being 1 of 2 people having these on a C5.

Haven't seen those caps from WCC advertised by them for a C5. You did mention the ones by NakidParts - I saw some of those at Bloomington Gold this past weekend - and they do look very good.

What's up Brad! I was going to mention you but I forgot the 6285 part of your handle. As long as it took us to have them done, it's taking them a long time to release them to the general public through WCC. I bought a chrome oil dipstick and then polished the caps out so well that it matches the dipstick pretty well. For now I'm leaving them polished cause I'm saving for my head and cam package. For me, every last dollar is going to count. $20 a cap seems about right though. Please post some pics when you get them back!! Hope all's well!
