Default HID's in, how?

My HID's came in, kit looks great... started taking apart the right headlight assembly... how do I get into this thing? I removed the black shroud around the light assembly, removed the top, removed the bracket for the top... so what next? and where are you guys mounting the power stabilizer?

Thanks,

Dave

To get the actual headlight assembly out, you have to take out the screws behind the light. If you are looking at the car, there will be two screws to the right behind the headlights, and one screw on the left.

Once those 3 screws are out the headlight will come out.

I mounted mine using the same bolt that holds in my aftermarket PIAA foglights.

the easiest way to get to your headlights off is using a torx 15 bit and an 8mm box-in wrench

then your entire headlight bucket will swivel back and allow plenty of room for installing all sorts of goodies.

Thanks all for the help, could have used an extra set of hands a couple of times but I got it all back together and working fine. What a difference these lights make. I'm going to have to adjust the aim on one light but other then that the install went fairly smoothly.

One note, before you take the headlight cover bracket off, use a grease pencil or something to mark where it is. It will save you some time on reassembly, you won't have to keep removing the cover, readjusting the bracket so that you can get the cover aligned correctly.
