For some unknown reason (at least to me) my 98 vette speedometer is now reading in khm. I checked the owners manual and am unable to locate what to do to change it back to mph. I have not done any work to any part of the car lately. Any suggestions? Tks
Thanks - I did not think that that would change the speedo, according to the owners manual that will change the "language which the DIC will display - French, English, etc.". But I will give it a try.
The day after I bought my car I was riding to work at about 5:00 AM (read it's dark) and was pushing buttons and hit the mph/kph button without knowing it. I had no idea how to fix it, or how fast I was really going and was pacing a police car for part of the trip!

To change the language, you have to go to, and change, the OPTIONS in your DIC menu. To change the KPH/MPH, all you do is tap button number 5,E/M. It's between the OPTIONS, and the RESET buttons.
