Envy is all I can say. That is going to be one great space.
The garage door opener? It's the first I have seen one like it, I don't get out much, but I like it.

Thankyou.....The wall mounted motor is new from Liftmaster. Had to make sure it wouldn't be in the way of the lift.

The foundation was about 4200, about 1/3 of total!
Siding on rest of house also....which meant my building needed to have all the wood walls replaced , siding, insulation and OSB board put up inside! lol. Decided the door into the house needed to be moved to back of garage..which means door from kitchen to living room needed to be moved too! Neverending!!!! Have to remodel kitchen now!!
