Default Dealership Help.

I moved to the Oconomowoc, Wis. area a little more than a year ago. I had a good relationship with the dealer that I bought my 04 coupe from. Everything I had done was done when promised with no afterservice problems.

I needed an oil change so I thought I would try the local dealership here. I try as much as possible to trade with locals for most of my needs. I called and made an appoitment. When I arrived the service writer assured me that they service many vettes here. As he was entering my info in the computer I asked what the charge was for an oil change and he told me it was $49.00. I though not bad. The next moring I recieved a call at work from the sevice writer. He said that he had made a mistake o the price and it would be $ 59.00. I gave him the go ahead. That afternoon when I picked the car up the price was now $ 95.00. When I questioned him about this he said that he had to charge extra for mobil 1. after a bit of discussion with the GM the price was brought back down to the phone quote of 59.00.

Even with the fancy computer system with all of the pricing programed in it they still did not know what to charge or what material were to be used.

I now have developed another problem. My right blinker has a short in it. I did check the bulb front and rear they are ok. The flasher is in working order. I have warrenty. Can anyone reconmend a dealer in Waukesha County Wis. that has a staff that you would trust.

Before the rants that I should do this work myself. I just don't have time with 2 businesses and a wife to take care of

Thanks
