[Z06] touch up on silver decal ?

What kind of decal is it? That is not an easy thing to do. The best bet is get a bodyshop to mix some paint the same color as the deal. Then lightly fill in the rock chip.

His profile indicates he has an '04 Z16 (#1331?). I have a small ding in the silver vinyl graphic on my Z16 as well (#1961).
I've considered trying to use some touch up paint, but figured it would show up just as bad with a mismatch.

I have a Z16CE I believe I used a toyota silver T/U pretty exact. I know foreign but it worked. Just mask off with tape and go.

If you still have that Toyota touch up paint, could you please get the code off the bottle? I'd like to try it myself if it's a good match.
Maybe you should just pass that touch up paint around to the rest of us Z16 owners...

I agree. I just priced the hood decal from my local Chevrolet dealer. He said that list was $383.30 and my cost was $287.50. The roof panel decal set was $200.60 and the decklid set was $180.51.

Would be happy to buy a new GM hood decal set for less than $200, if they're available.
