Bought another Vette yesterday (Pics)
For the last 8 years I've been dreaming of owning a C5,......well, I finally got one last September! But the truth is, I've been wanting a C3 for the last 27 years. (an '80, '81 or '82)
Well, I finally got one yesterday!!!
It's a 1980 with a recent paint job and about 4k miles on a rebuilt 350. The car itself has 140k on it, but it's in really good condition. (other than the typical torn seats) The only thing I don't care for,......is the fact that it's White.
I mean it's nice and clean because of just being painted a year ago, and also it has new carpet kit,.......but still, when ever I see a black 80-82 Vette, I'm always saying: "MAN I wan't one of those". Oh well, at least I'm halfway there now.........and, I can always have it painted black later on.

Thanks guys!!! ....... yeah, I got pretty lucky when I found this one for that price!
Oh I'll definitely break the tires in,......I just won't be doing it in gravel!

Copy of the wifes first Vette... NICE price!!
She bought hers not long after she got out of college over 20 years ago... Then sold it 5 or so years later to buy a house.
It be fun to have one like it for old times sake. If you find the black one you want, look me up!!
