Default Question....

I know i have bad T.P.S. and it needs to be replaced and im ordering one today. But for the past two weeks i been driving on it and dis-mourning when i got in and started it... it said inoperable shocks and all the gauges when hay wire. so i turned it off and pulled key and started back up.. then it said service vehicle soon, service traction control. check T.P.S. system, and check tire pressure and max. speed 80 mph... well my question is could all this be fixed threw the new t.p.s. or do i have another problem. Its a 2000 with 30,000m on it and i just know it cant be something serious... am i wrong?

Check your battery voltage with the ignition off, a 12-volt battery will measure at about 12.9 volts when it’s fully charged and about 11.4 volts when it is fully discharged. A low battery will throw codes. Also check under battery for any acid leakage. A load check (any place that sells batteries should be able to do one) is the ultimate indicator of battery condition.

You should also pull up all your codes with your DIC and post them here. Do a search if you don't know how to do this.

Inoperable shocks and TPS should not be related.

Also check your battery ground ( black negative terminal) connection. if that is loose or you have a corroded ground connection somewhere on the Vette, it could give you similar results.
