CLB Install Question
I installed a CLB from Corvettes of Houston tonight. They were great folks to buy from, lots of info and advice. One question though, the first time I started the car I received the "Pull Key, wait 10 seconds" message on DIC. After that I didn't see it again. I have received this before when I replaced the battery. Is this related to a battery problem or when an electrical mod is made or is this a possible problem with the chip on the key. I have only seen this message twice.

I received that message the first time I started my car after installing my CLB from COH. That was on June 3, 2006. I have not seen it since.

When I bought my CLB (not from COH) and installed it, did not receive any messages. Just kept the column unlocked. Might want to check back with COH and see what they say.
