Some of the folks here have removed theirs and there are holes to contend with unlike the rear deck emblem. How is the front emblem secured to the fascia?
the front hood emblem is held on by 2 sided tape, but there are also plastic pins that fit into 2 holes in the hood, so the emblem is aligned properly when it is installed. To remove it I would suggest that you heat the emblem with a hair dryer - this will soften the adhesive so it can be gently removed by lifting it upwards. The alignment pins are not secured - they just fit into the holes. The rear emblem does not have the alignment pins. I hope this helps you.

The hood emblem is held on with two sided tape and it also has two pins that go into holes in the front fascia. Use a hair drier to heat up the emblem and soften the tape. You should be able to use some fishing line and saw through the tape then or you may be able to just pull up on the emblem and take it off.
