Wheel question!
Hello! I'm looking to replace the old wagon wheels.. I have a '98 TT, and was wondering if these will fit?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/18-17...34918339QQrdZ1
I have the stock wagon wheels and tires.. And my car is .not. a Z06
Isn't there a difference in wheel size for base vs. Z06?

They are an inch wider... but they fit just fine.

The frount is the same size.
The back is a inch wider. Your tire will fit but will not be a good fit.
You may want to buy some new back tires and sell your old ones.
Nice wheels

Dang.. well I just bought 4 new tires, so this kinda puts a damper on buying them!!
What are the stock sizes for the '98 base model? and how badly would they fit, being an inch wider?

your sidewall will be stretched some to make up for the extra inch in width. It is not the ideal thing to do, but will work!

O wate the frount is wider to like the back.
Wagon wheels are:
Goodyear EMT
Front Tires P245/40ZR-17
Rear Tires P275/40ZR-18
Wheel Type Cast Aluminum
Front Wheel Size (in.) 17 x 8.5
Rear Wheel Size(in.) 18 x 9.5
ZO6 Dimensions
front: 17 x 9.5; rear: 18 x 10.5
Tires: Goodyear Eagle F1 SC
Asymmetric Tread
front: P265/40ZR-17
rear: P295/35ZR-18
If you want to keep your new tires look for wheels the same size.
Or sell your tires on the forum and get the Zo6 size.
Look at the links it will help you out.
