Looks like the effort was worth it, I know it's not easy to get a deep reflection with Quicksilver. And congrats on taking the lead in the "car with the most crap hanging precariously around it" division. Shine on, Zaino!!!
Very nice shine, but like mentioned before, all the stuff hanging around and near it is scary to me...lol here is a shot of my 2 car garage with only parking for the 02 Z06
Not trying to take from your thread, that is one good shine job, looks like a lot of work.
Whew! Washed her, claybarred her, then Zaino it, and tuck her away for the night. What do you guys think.
That Zaino is the stuff! I just started using it and got 5 coats on now. Road grime and bugs now clean off like fried eggs out of a teflon pan. Never had a wax based product work like that. Good job, the car looks great. I hope for your sake that bicycles and weedeaters clean off of Zaino too

Would a clay bar restore it? or would I need to repaint it?
Also, the area under the rear brake vents has a lot of rock chips and fading too
You could try some rubbing compound followed by a swirl remover to restore the fading paint. I used touchup123 for all the little rock chips; it doesn't fix them but masks them pretty well. I found it best to use cotton tee-shirt fabric to apply and remove touchup123 instead of the terry towels they provide with the kit.

Other people have recommended touchup123, so I will give it a try.
I plan on taking the car to a professional detailer, should I first do the touchup123? or does a pro use stuff like that so I'm better off just taking it to them first?

Well, you'd have to talk to the detailer to find out what his service includes. When you order the touchup123 they match it to your stock car paint code, so I doubt a detailer will have it.
