I put mine up and the s/o puts hers down. Then we argue for 20 minutes about who's right.

Put mine up. I'm 6' 5" tall. When I drive, I look out of the top 25% of my windshield. Can't put the visors down or I can't see.....

Up for two reasons.
First, I am taller and the visor flipped down blocks some of my view of the road.
Second, by flipping it down it covers up the darkened area of the windshield, I like that darker part to look through. It is easier on my eyes.

Ridiculous, isn't it? Right up there with the "How do you put air in your tires" thread.

Up. I think it helps block the wind.

Wouldn't smooth leather visors and a performance hood seal be worth 15 h.p. and 20 mph?

they do look better pushed forward when the top is off. but it seems to mess with the visibility to me. i mostly would just have them up in the breeze when my top was off becuase of the visibility issue.

They are in my field of vision when they are down. I choose vision over what someone else may think "looks cooler".

Can't stand the look with them up, can't see with them down, so I removed them. Haven't missed them at all.
