Anyone repaired this before?
I placed this on the "Tech" side of the forum but no response. Since there is more traffic on the "C5 General" I'm placing it here.
My apologies to the purists.
Before I break something trying to fix it, I thought I would ask you guys. :o
Has anyone ever had to replace a lamp behind the A/C (or any other) "selection" button and is it worth doing it?
It can be done. Do a search on folks who have replaced the bulbs with Blue LED's. The procedure would be similar, but easier since you would just be replacing a bulb. Warning though, the bulbs are soldered in so you better be comfortable with a soldering iron.

Blue LED's? Sounds like something I may want to do.
Soldering is a piece of pie for me. I just don't like taking things apart if I don't know what I'm in for.
Thanks
