New Battery - dead?
I left the accessory switch on in May and killed the original battery in my '01 vert. I replaced it with a new battery and everything seemed fine. When I came back from vacation I discovered the new battery was also dead (I had a battery tender on it). Sears discovered the new battery was discharged and didn't seem up to spec, they replaced it. Tonight the "new" new battery is almost dead. What could cause this type of battery problem? I have made sure that everything is turned off, radar dector, etc. The cables seem tight. Any ideas? Thanks
