Default head lights

I bought some new silverstars to put in and i cant figure out how to get in to change them. After removing about 10 screws and having the housing completly removed i still couldnt see what to do. I can see where they go just cant seem to get to them.
Are there any easy ways to change the bulbs in the headlights?

Im pretty handy just impatiant and worried i am going to mess up the headlight. 99 vert

All I did was remove the black shroud around the light and reached behind light and unscrewed the socket. It only took me about 20 minutes to do all four lights once I got the shroud off.

3 little phillips screws and your in there. Careful to watch how that black plastic rap-around piece comes out. There is a little tab on the leadlamp door (top) that it has to fit back into when reassembling.

Default headlight replacement

If you have LARGE HANDS like mine you are SCREWED. When I first replaced the lights I bent 2 of the sockets and had to totaly disassemble the whole headlight to get to the socket and straighten it out with needle nose pliers. Should have plastic cover off and the light cranked up about 1/2 or 3/4 open. This was the first time my $150 investement in the service manualls actually paid off. BIGHANK
