Double Din Sterio For C-5
I need some help.I have a '04 Coupe that I want to upgrade to radio. I've gone to many local good shops and have been satisfied with the selections. I want / need help on what will the din and half opening in my vette I do not want a slide out and up unit. My perfect choice is a Pioneer D-3 but no one seems to feel that it will fit.
Any ideas, questions or should I get a I-Pod with a wireless connection?

You will be in for alot of work, but like you said the end result is worth it. Its not hard to make a bezel yourself. Just alot of filling and sanding.
the d-3 is a nice unit, but if you looking for great nav features I suggest the Kenwood units. The nav is Garmin based and very nice to use and you will love it.
Do a search on double din and you will find alot of info to help you decide whats best for you. There is alot of guys in the audio section that will give you great advise as well. They all really helped me make my choices and with the install
