You might want to read this article click here. Not all of the extended mobility tires are repairable. I would ask the tire dealer what happens if you puncture a tire. I would hate to think that your only recourse for a simple nail is a replacement tire.
I believe only the Michelin and the Goodyear extended mobility tires are repairable. Of course things change as this article was written a few years ago - but it is worth bringing it up before you commit.
