[/IMG]After the video, Bruce picked us up in an suv and drove us over to the assembly plant. At the time we were there, the C6 Z06 was still a mystery, so we figured we didn't have any chance of seeing one, but we got an almost two hour tour of the assembly plant and saw plenty. We saw the engines up close and everything. It's amazing to see all these parts coming together to make a car. Then I got to start one on the line and they gave me a "birth certificate" for the new one. After the tour is over, your guide drives you back to the museum. Your car (newly cleaned) will be on display inside the museum (mine was in display area 1) along with a display stand with your name and year of corvette.

[/IMG]You'll be on the live video feed too. Then you get a personal tour of all of the museum.

[/IMG]That takes a couple hours, then they take you into a private room, go over all your paperwork, offer to sell you some personalized clothing only for NCM Experience participants, and after that your car will be taken out front for a picture. You get a nice wooden plaque with your name and date on, and they put a silver decal on the inside of the driver's side door. Once you're done with everything, you can drive back over to the plant and take a couple pics of your car in front of the mural the employees painted.

[/IMG]Is it worth it? I would say absolutely. We had a fantastic time. The only thing that bugged me was that we were told that we didn't have to pay for my wife's admission to the museum that day, but we did. Probably an oversight, but ..........
Anyhow, go for it. It is such a kick to see your car on display inside the museum like the best of the best. Our daughter called us on our cell phone while we were standing in front of our car. She was watching the live video feed of our tour.
Go for it. Have a great time. You won't regret it.
