Default Gat a flat???
Got a big *** nail last night on the road...luckly for me i felt the tire pulling and when i investigated i had just saved the tire and rim.... when the tow guy came and in the process of putting my car on the flat bed scraped up the front end chipping paint right off. r they responsible and do they fix that???

Of coarse they are responsible, they damaged your car not you. I hope you documented the damage on your invoice, if not they will probably deney it and you will have to sue them in small claims court.
