I have a 02 Z06 that I bought last week. When I got it home i noticed that the inflater kit, second key, and the wheel unlock socket were not wiyh it. The dealer I bought it from had it on consignment from a friend. The friend did bring over the second key but tells me that the car was his wife's and thet there never was a inflator kit or wheel key with the car when they bought it new.
I have heard that the dealers have a master key or key set. I called a dealer yesterday and they said that they did not. They would remove them by using a chisil and air wrench. Is ther another way?
Some people DIY by forcing/hammering a socket over the locking lug nut and removing the locking nut. Or, you can go by your friendly neighborhood DISCOUNT TIRE (or probably any tire shop) and have them use a special socket that does the same thing.
As for the tire compressor kit, try the CF classifieds as people sometimes keep their kits when they sell their cars (as you've found out) and sell them. Use search this forum with the keywords "tire inflator kit" and you should come up with several past ads.

Or, you can contact CF member Wolfgang427 who was recently selling brand new GM tire compressor kits for a great price.

My 02 did not have wheel locks did you check to see if yours is equipped. There should however be a inflator kit in the right rear pocket strappped with the bungee strap.
Most tire shops have a key set that they can remove the locks if needed.
