Deck Lid Weatherstrip
I have a '96 and an '06, both convertibles. Why does the 96 have the deck lid weatherstrip and the 06 not? It appears that the weatherstrip protects the paint on the 96 so the top doesn't scratch the paint. Unfortunately the clear strip is dirty and there's no way to clean it. Do we need another one or is it necessary to have it at all?
