Default Adding Heads Up Display?

In my search for my first Corvette, (I want a C5 Vert) I seem to always find the right color and the right trans (M6) but it always seems to inevitably be missing an option or something. I have found a couple of interesting candidates, but both are missing the Heads Up Display, and I really want that on my first Vette. Is that option available as a retro-fit? And if so, how much craziness are we talking here, money-wise? Thanks in advance for the commentary. The search goes on!

Check with PaceThis (Josh Meeks) on the forum. I bought my kit from him, installed it in five hours. Love it! The instructions were clear, and the parts are brand new GM parts, except for the wiring harness, which is custom.

I helped a friend put one in. We took about 8 hours. Time depends on how comfy you feel cutting your dash. It is not hard to do. There are lots of pics around here and many folks who will offer advice. FYI, it is best to get a late 99 or later car. Before that, the cluster will need to be changed too which will up the price.

Or you can go to him in Greenville, SC and he will install in about three hours.

It is a relatively easy install and price wise does not cost all that much (around $700). Great option to have on the car.
