I think you're outside the warranty for the cats but you probably need them replaced. Time for hi-flow cats maybe.

I did replace the cats do you think that it can be the O2 sensors? Please tell me yes otherwise the 500 for cats and install is going to send me through the roof

it isn't the o2 sensor. if it is, you would have gotten some o2 sensor codes. instead of cat effic code, so it is definitely the cats. get them warranty or put some o2 sims in there. i was able to get a set for under $40.

02 SIMs...."tell" the PCM that everything is OK with exhaust flow thru the Cats... UNFORTUNATELY, the EPA has just mandated their withdrawal from being distributed & sold & installed...or a Fine follows. A tuner with the correct program can tune them (rear 02 sensors) out. Prices range from $100-$200 for this service.
