Exhaust leak problems for C5's?
Sounds like I have an exhaust leak near the headr/exhaust pipe mating area. I tried to tighten the bolts, byt the soud is still there. Sounds horrible when the car is under load. It sounds like the engine is missing. I noticed my VIN history sheet from GM shows it was taken in for an exhaust realignment. It just doesn't sound right.

Sounds like you may have a bent exhaust manifold or tweaked a little!
You probably could just pick up a new gasket pack and slap them on and be good or pull the manifold and ckeck it out for slight cracks or bending(Warpage)
