Never had an issue with Lou or the people that work for him. Glad to see Lou step up this way to resolve your problem.

What about the issue with the different hoses? I've read a few posts where the red hose hasn't been shipped, but that's what is advertised.

Well, there you go!

By the way, who do you think the "L" in LGM is. Lou is LGM.

I don't know, but Bobby told me that the diameter of red hose is different than the diameter of black hose. I measured all items (black hose, DRM ja LG spindles) and the diameters of all those products are 3,5". So if the red hose's diameter is different, then it won't fit with anything??

I've never seen Lou NOT step up and make it right when someone reported a problem. I've never bought from him but did meet him two years ago at SEMA in Vegas and he seemed exactly like the stand-up guy everyone said he is. I've seen a few of his posts on here and he never disappoints anyone, period!!

I won't say things don't ever go wrong, just as they do in most of our lives everyday... It happens!! But Lou always comes thru to take care of folks, period.

If I'm ever inclined to spend some cash with his company, I will not hesitate to do so and if there was a problem, I'd simply ask for Lou or his son Anthony.

Yes, it really was too late to freeze payment according to my cc company. They said that they had paid the money to LGM already. I could have done an official complaint and they could have helped me after that, but fortunately I got my problems resolved directly with LGM as I wanted.

I want to tell, that it seems like the problem was just one person from LGM, not LGM as a company. Now I know who to deal with and I will do business with LGM also in future.

I have nothing but GOOD things to say about Lou, and his emplyees here. I have always had great customer service, and they are always friendly to talk to. They did a heck of a nice job on my car too ! They even helped me clear up a "code" issue i was having this spring when I tried to get my car safety inspected. They did it for free because it was something in the tune. Great customer service... even after the sale !

Lou's son is Louis, Anthony is part of the sales team and race team. Everyone over at LG is great, and I knew it was just a simple mistake.

We should not be advocating acts of violence, at least not publicly...
